Prior to becoming a Realtor, my wife Lori Roth, and I purchased Roth Printing Service. Lori and I worked there together for 7 years. We sold this business in 2009.
In 1998 I became a Series 7, 8, 9, 10, and 63 licensed investment professional. After successfully transitioning a multi-million dollar team in their move between brokerage firms, I decided it was time to open a new chapter and moved into Real Estate.
I work with clients in Erie, Huron, Ottawa and western Lorain Counties.
I have a Certified Negotiation Expert Designation and training.
I have training as an Certified Distressed Property Expert. This training provides two benefits.
o It helps me assit home owners under financial stress explore the options to avoid forclosure.
o It helps me assist buyers who are interested in bank owned and short sale properties navigate through the process of purchasing.
I pride myself, as a full time agent, in being able to work with my clients to either successfully sell their home or work with them at their pace and schedule to find a new one.
I appreciate my clients being upfront, honest and frank with me with regard to their goals, likes, dislikes and opinions so that I may better serve them.
