"This was my first home purchase and he made the whole experience as smooth as possible. He was very prompt with his responses and I was able to contact him and hear back from him quickly. He set up showing times around my busy work schedule and I was able to see different listings quickly as they came on the market. Being a first time home buyer I had limited knowledge, Martin took the time to explain the process and terminology to me. After I found the home I wanted to purchase, Martin made closing very manageable. I would highly recommend working with Martin!"

"Martin Carlysle was very knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a house. He was prompt and got back to me whenever I had a question about the home buying process. When explaining the home inspection process, he mentioned Radon testing. I'm glad that he did, because my Radon reading was at a dangerous 15. I was able to get the Radon level corrected before purchasing the home. Martin worked well with the seller and negotiated fairly with both parties involved. He made sure that I was informed and understood every step in the buying process. I would recommend Martin Carlysle as a realtor for anyone looking to buy a home. I respect his opinion and felt very comfortable with the decisions that I made when purchasing my home. Thank you."

"Martin was definately with me for the long haul! He helped me locate a rent to own home which was significantly far from his office. He spent several weeks being my advocate and trying to negotiate with another realtor with an out of state seller. He was present at the home inspection. Finally after a long 18 months of renting Martin actually showed up to my closing! He has been an amazing realtor for my family and I would definately recommend him to everyone I know!"

"I highly recommend Martin Carlysle. We spent five months looking for a home from the Sandusky area to Amherst. Martin set up several appointments for us almost every week with a week break here and there. We put in several offers but never felt pressure to offer more than we could afford or what we felt the house was worth. We were also never pressured to accept or live with things about a house we didn't like. Martin was always quick to respond to text messages, set up appointments, and follow through with property questions. He is also very knowledgeable about what to look for in homes and the buying process. He helped us through the entire process recommending a financing company that we were extremely happy with. I've never worked with a more patient or likeable realtor. the house we ended up with was the right home for us."
